11:00 PT - Detected a slowdown in the Virginia datacenter that may be impacting performance of pageserving in that region.

13:45 PT - The issue is impacting speed for about 5% of the pageviews in the region. The cause has been identified and fix is being applied. The solution is being monitored now.

14:20 PT - All systems have recovered and are operating normally.

We have identified the issue and are working with WP Engine who hosts the site as the issue is on their end. We hope for a resolution shortly.

A temporary fix is out and we are transitioning away from WP Engine. A few videos aren’t working but most functionality is fine.
